Valentines Day 2010 and Sisters Angel Popstitute, Sissyphillys and Novice Cuminja joined theprotest organised by the Central London Humanist Group against the Pope's proposed visit to London in September. We have no problem with the Pope visiting - but as a religious leader, why is he being given a state visit that is going to cost the tax payer £20 million. Actually, we do have a problem given the Catholic Church's views on LGBT people, abortion, contraception and the use of condoms in preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS. In the spirit of universal joy and removal of stigmatic guilt, the Sisters will not remain silent about issues even if the church will not face up to them openly.
